Dhruv Enterprises ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Air Cargo Management Portal (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Platform.

Account Information: Name, email address, mobile number, username, and role assigned by your organization administrator.
Operational Data: Shipment details, booking records, HAWB/MAWB numbers, consignee and shipper information entered during the course of business.
Usage Data: Log-in timestamps, IP addresses, browser type, and pages accessed — collected automatically for security and audit purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and its features.
To authenticate users and enforce role-based access controls.
To process shipment bookings, generate invoices, and coordinate deliveries.
To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
To comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with airline partners for operational purposes, trusted service providers, and legal authorities when required by law.

4. Data Retention

Shipment and financial records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with Indian GST and accounting regulations.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls.

The Platform uses session cookies strictly necessary for authentication. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
