Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Air Cargo Management Portal operated by Dhruv Enterprises. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to the Platform is granted exclusively to authorized personnel of Dhruv Enterprises and its registered clients and partners. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Each user account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
You must use the Platform only for legitimate business operations related to air cargo.

3. Platform Usage

You agree not to enter false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Automated access (bots, scrapers) without prior written consent is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and functionality of the Platform are the exclusive property of Dhruv Enterprises and its technology partners.

5. Shipment Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of shipment details entered into the Platform. Dhruv Enterprises shall not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate data entry.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
